As part of the Entrepreneurship Development and Production module at university, I had the opportunity to work on the Space Nomad project. Space Nomad is an innovative concept in the field of space tourism, offering captivating experiences for adventurous travelers eager to explore the cosmos. The project aimed to develop a comprehensive online platform that would serve as a hub for space enthusiasts, providing access to booking space travel experiences, educational resources, and space-themed merchandise. Through this project, I have demonstrated my ability to conceptualize, design, and execute complex projects while delivering a seamless user experience and captivating visual identity.
"SPACE NOMADS": Nomads are people that travel from place to place without having a permanent home. I selected the word “Nomad” to be part of branding and logo as is associated with explorers who are constantly moving through the space, from planet to planet and exploring the experience of space and particularly for the life in space. Nomads in history are connected with the feeling of liberty.
However with combination of “Space” word, the company’s purpose and meaning is straight forward for everyone. "Space Nomad" is associated with the terms of adventure and exploration beyond the borders of Earth. Furthermore, the name of “Space Nomad” communicate the message of traveling above sky, above stars to explore cosmos. This company offers a special experience for travelers to go to space and become modern-day nomads.
The Space Nomad website was developed using a combination of Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to ensure responsiveness, accessibility, and seamless user experience across all devices. Design elements and graphics were created using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, allowing for visually stunning and cohesive branding. Additionally, Spline 3D software was utilized to incorporate interactive 3D elements, enhancing the immersive experience for users exploring celestial bodies such as Mars, the Moon, and Venus.
